.substr() vs .substring() vs .slice()

string.slice(beginIndex, endIndex)

Example: “1234”.slice(1,3)   // “23”

string.substring(beginIndex, endIndex)

Example: “1234”.substring(1,3) // “23”

string.substr(beginIndex, length);

Example: “1234”.substr(1,2) // “23”
